About Metaphizz

Nikki Highmore Sims, Director

Nikki Highmore-Sims Nikki is the owner/director of Metaphizz. Her career path has been outwardly diverse – Veterinary Nurse, medical sub-editor, training designer, imagineer, management consultant – but the common threads throughout have been what makes people tick. This has led her to specialise in discovering what it is that makes high-performers excel - and then how to turn that into practical tools to attract, retain and motivate more 'naturals'. Her other specialities are executive coaching, training design and consultancy (from full-blown organisational programmes to one-day workshops) and helping people change mid-life career direction - whether through choice, succession planning or redundancy.

Nikki holds a First Class Honours degree in English and is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. She is also a Certified Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profile Consultant/Trainer and Accelerated Learning designer.
